Jiddat-KE Live Mobile App and Web Portal Launched By K-Electric for Its Consumers

Jiddat-KE Live Mobile Update:

To improve the customer service, K-Electric launch the KE Live app and a web portal to facilitate its customers.

Most importantly, this Mobile App assists in accessing a variety of services.

Therefore, With smartphone penetration in Pakistan on the rise, it only makes sense to launch an app for Karachiites.

Besides that, KE-Live Mobile App is available for both iPhone and Android Users.

After signing up the user will have access to a number of features.

Therefore, these features includes: billing details with historic data, duplicate bill downloads, and integrated unit consumption comparative graphs.

Besides that, other features of this Mobile App include live power status update, the ability to report power theft and to lodge complaints.

Most importantly, consumers will also be able to use the Mobile App to locate their nearest customer care centre.
